Summary:On 8 September 2026, the Stock Meme line on BNB Chain suddenly rose. Four.meme launched 4Stock and issued its first 4Stock token BNC4 for the United States share CEA Industries, followed by a quick red off of 4Stock, which was based on BNC4, with a market value of over $100 million from the vicinity of approximately $100,000. The US$BUILD built around BNC4 and placed high expectations in the market, though once over $30 million, was quickly covered by $4 Stock. A war of tatters began.

I. BUILD BUILD LOST

On 8 September, the BNC4 came online and the BNB Chain market began to produce Meme coins built around BNC4. Of these, US$BUILD was one of the projects that had received market attention earlier.

Four.meme wrote in an X-ray post:

As at the time of submission, the amount of $BUILD was $0.005522, which is 69.0 per cent below the high point of 0.01783 and has a market value of $5.528 million.

The logic of the US$BUILD is that it runs from Meme to the accumulation of the US$BNC4 treasury, community cycling and wants to become the Meme bank in the BNC4 ecology.

US$BUILD is market-oriented and ultimately because of BNC4.

The BNC4 is the first 4Stock asset launched by Four.meme, and its bottom line corresponds to the CEA Industries, a company listed in NASDAQ, with shares code BNC. Officially, the address of the BNC4 contract was published and it was indicated that BNC4 was supported by the corresponding bottom equity asset of 1:1. CEA Industries itself is a United States equity listed company with BNB as its main reserve asset, and it is the BNB Superbank, which gives BNC, BNC4 and BNB Chain a natural strong narrative link.

ii. Four Stocks in the top.

The real surprise for the market was the subsequent appearance of $4 Stock.

According to market data such as GMGN, the early market value of $4Stock was only about $100,000 and then rose rapidly in a few hours. Only about three hours after going online, the market value of $4Stock had reached approximately $39 million; five hours after going online, the market value had exceeded $82 million, with transactions amounting to $73.9 million over the same period.

As at the time of issuance, $4Stock reported $0.0433 and its market value had fallen to $41.72 million.

LEe Chan wrote in X and put forward the view that “$build is his son, $4stock is an accident”:

Three. How is the BUILD different from $4 Stock?

Four.Meme wrote on X about the difference between US$BUILD and US$4Stock:

We saw the criticism of @fourdotmezh when 4Stock and $4BUILD were launched, and some thought that both projects were competing for the same liquidity.

We do not think that this is the right way of looking at it.

It's not a simple closed loop, it's a new value path that Four.Meme is validating.

From the product design point of view, the BUILD and $4 Stock actually represent two completely different ways of playing.

The core logic is to combine meme trading activities with BNC4 by enhancing the value of BNC 4 as a bottom asset through mechanisms such as transaction-generated deposits, treasury and community distribution. It is clear that the BUILD narrative is more “complete” than mere release of Meme, and better suited to projecters' initiative in designing a product mechanism and re-directing market participation.

And $4 Stock is completely different.

It was not originally the main focus of Four.meme's advocacy, but rather the community Meme, which was naturally built around the new BNC4 asset. After Four.meme introduced 4Stock, BNC4 became a new chain equity asset, followed by market participants directly setting up Meme trading pairs around BNC4. The $4Stock quickly gained mobility and attention, which in turn pushed 4Stock, BNC4 and Four.meme to the centre of attention.

Four. Why did $4 Stock win?

From the official action of Four.meme, it is clear that the BUILD has a more explicit product design. But the market eventually welcomed $4Stock.

For the reasons given, $4Stock's narrative is much simpler, and just as long as the user knows it's Meme, it's real silver and gold.

Unlike the US$BUILD, it has more product design and narrative behind it. It requires users to understand the mechanisms, bottom pools, and overall ecological logic that Four.

Conclusion

Four.Meme originally designed a BUILD around BNC4, but the market finally chose $4Stock. As for "$BUILD is a squirm and $4Stock is a scoundrel" on X, it's not the ultimate conclusion of the future.
