Todju, the gold fortune.
Summary:This is a compilation of the projects that are of interest to Arc.
According toArc Network of OfficialsPublished, Arc is an EVM-compatible L1 in a stable currency introduced by Circle.
Arc, which operates as an independent ecosystem, introduces a completely new blockchain structure - from the outset it has been optimized for stable currency finance:
Gas:(a) Low, predictable and dollar-denominated costs — no more volatile cryptocurrency;
Internal foreign exchange engines:(a) An institutional-level query system for price discovery and round-the-clock PvP chain settlement;
Immediate finality:The definitive subsecond finality of the settlement supported by the high-performance consensus engine Malachite;
Select to add privacy protection:Selective protection of balances and transactional information to enable users and enterprises to comply with their obligations;
Full integration Circle platform:Original support is provided for the Circle Payments Network (CPN), USDC, EURC, USYC 1, Mint, wallets, contracts, CCTP, gateway, payment master program etc.
Arc is compatible with EVM, so developers can use their familiar and trusted frameworks and tools to build it. Arc is open and able to combine, allowing developers to deploy, trade and innovate freely while maintaining interoperability with the wider multi-chain ecosystem.
Arc has five principles:
Arc is designed for specific uses, not generic: It focuses on financial stabilization examples, including but not limited to payments, foreign exchange and capital markets.
Default open and can be grouped: Arc is open to all developers, although it is open to users at the enterprise level.
Markets are neutral and compatible: Arc enhances the broader multi-chain ecosystem by unlocking new applications, partners and chain institutional mobility. Circle will continue to work on developing USDC, linking Arc with stable currency applications in these block chains.
Arc was designed to coordinate rather than control:Together, it brings together partners such as financial technology companies, payment service providers, banks, businesses, and money-stable agencies to achieve a much larger goal than the sum of all parts. It is not a closed ecosystem, but rather an open infrastructure that aims to lead to a new era of currency-stable finance.
Trustable infrastructure, end-to-end: Arc is designed to achieve reliability and long-term excellence. Its blockchain structure follows the same principles of transparency and trust as that of Circle.
In a nutshell, the central logic of Arc is that Circe does not want USDC to operate on someone else's blockchain but rather wants to have a network that defines its own bottom settlement rules.
On August 5, 2026, Circle announced the main online phase.Core items:
Arc rolls out a series of first-day online applications and services that cover all vertical areas of the digital asset ecosystem, including:
The leading DeFi agreements and capital configurors, including Aave, Aerodrome, FalconX, Galaxy, GSR, Keyrock, Morpho, Nonco, Uniswap and XFX, provide liquidity markets for lending, trading and chain-based capital deployment.
Stable currency payment providers, including Rain, Thunes and Wirex, have stable currency payments and settlement processes through the Arc Road to the real world, covering card-based settlements, regulated consumer platforms and global cross-border payment networks.
Key exchanges and wallet providers, including Binance Wallet, Chainlink, Fireblocks, Kraken, Legger, MetaMask, Uniswap Labs and Upbit, can achieve seamless access to USDC on Arc and support safe hosting and cross-chain transfer of assets.
As of September 14th, it was dedicated to tracking Arc's ecology. Built on Arc Seven Meme launch platforms have been identified. In addition, there are three launching platforms with the highest market value in Argus, Tolly and Long.
At the beginning of Arc, mature DeFi agreements and liquidity were not fully developed, and volatile primary assets such as Meme attracted funding attention at the earliest.
As at the time of issuance, ARGUS reported $0.0281 with a market value of $31.1 million, representing an increase of 994.8 per cent; Tolly reported $0.0142 for a market value of $14.2 million, an increase of 671.7 per cent; USDC reported $0.00236 with a market value of $2.3 million, an increase of 57,924 per cent; LONG reported $0.00732, with a market value of $7.3 million, representing an increase of 20.1 per cent; Minara reported $0.00393, with a market value of $3.9 million, an increase of $92179 per cent; Architects reported $0.00282, with a market value of $2.8 million, an increase of 337.1 per cent; COLL reported US$0.00543, market value $5.4 million, an increase of 121.6 per cent.

Argus The core functions include the creation, discovery, trading and payment of money-holders. Argus calls directly into a mobility pool and can be traded from the moment of issuance. Users create currency with mechanisms such as transaction taxes, distribution by creators, incentives for holders, buyback destruction and liquidity, and different economic models.
As at the time of the release, according to Ave.ai data, ARGUS reported $0.0281 and a market value of $31.1 million, an increase of 994.8 per cent.
TollyTolly does not have a Bonding Curve issuance mechanism, and once the project is created, it can be issued, with all of its supplies entering the USDC mobility pool directly and permanently.
As at the time of the release, Tolly had a market value of $14.2 million, an increase of 671.7 per cent.
Long.supplyLong.supplly issues tokens that are directly into the liquidity pool, with some market pages showing permanent locking on their liquidity.
As at the time of issuance, Long reported $0.00732, with a market value of $7.3 million, an increase of 201.6 per cent.
4)ARCLaunch
ARCLaunchIt is a forthcoming platform for the issuance of tokens and trading, dedicated to the Arc Chain ecosystem, focusing on the creation, bridging and centralization of the exchange.
Memecoin Hub: An early consumer centre designed to be the centre for issuance and trading of up-front coins in Arc Chain.
Ecosystem tools: plans to integrate token creation, harmonization of balances, creator fees and Uniswap integration.
Workflow: Focus on USDC-based processes covering project management, liquidity design and switching.
5 AugustArchPasses security audits. Arch uses Uniswap V3 pool to trade in coins with USDC and applies a fixed tax rate.
Arch's here.XThe circular explains the use of a fixed tax rate: during the creation process, many decisions were taken around functions such as taxes, shares, returns, destruction of agents, re-direction of costs to other wallets, donations to charities and so on. These functions do not benefit ordinary traders, but rather contribute to the PVPs, vampire behaviour and withdrawal of funds from which only a distribution platform can profit. Even a return would undermine the trader ' s experience, as it would encourage developers to tie up sales because they could not profit from the costs. We want to give priority to the experiences of traders and make developers willing to support their distribution projects, so we have decided to keep them simple, help reduce PVPs and raise the ceiling on tokens. That is why our distribution platform uses a fixed tax rate, which only goes directly into the developer's wallet.
Sharc The most noteworthy mechanism is the liquidity lock-up. The platform makes it clear that when a token has reached the “graduation” condition, its mobility will be permanently locked away from the project. This is different from what can happen to project participants in the traditional Meme launch platform who may obtain a mobile exit pool.
ubi.funThe core selling point is not a simple copy of Pump.fun's bunding Curve, but is based on Uniswap V4 Hook, embedding the "holder-red" directly into Meme transaction mechanisms. Users can create Meme in the first key of Arc, and the platform is currently running zero creation costs and distributes part of the transaction fee to the coin creators and eligible currency holders.
5042.funToken creates, market discovers, and secondary transactions are expected to be integrated into a platform.
Launch: Create Arc Native Token;
Discover: new and emerging token;
Trade: look at prices, transactions and market developments;
Signal Scanner: Looking for new projects based on real-time signals from the market;
Graduated: Tracking Token, who has completed the launch phase.
AstraPump is described as supporting one-click token issue and trafficking, i.e. users can create Token at a lower threshold and trade directly. Some ecological information also states that it mainly attracts Meme and test web users.
The greatest feature of Bullcheese is that there is no Bonding Curve, no Graduation, but rather a direct resort to unilateral liquidity (Single-Sided Limited).
As at 16 September, in addition to the 10 launch platforms mentioned above, there were Warp, Archemist and ArcPad.
More information is available."How to find the next PONS: An overview of the launch pads on the Arc chain."
August 2026, Arc published an articleUniswap How to Bring Deep Mobility to Applications on ArcThe article states that Uniswap will be deployed on Arc's main online line to provide Arc with a mature chain-based liquidity infrastructure. For DeFi applications such as borrowing, derivatives, LP strategies and asset issuance, a trading market of sufficient depth and reliability is the basis for its further development.
According to Arc, the cumulative trade of Uniswap on other block chains has exceeded $4.5 trillion and deals billions of dollars a day. As Uniswap enters Arc, this long-valid AMM infrastructure will provide bottom liquidity for financial applications in Arc by combining USDC raw Gas, subsecond certainty finality, and stable primary ecology.
In terms of specific applications, Arc believes that the entry of Uniswap could support at least four important scenarios, including borrowing, Token distribution and liquidity start-up, LP strategy and revenue infrastructure, structured products and derivatives.
Aerodrome is an important decentrified trading platform for Base ecology, launched by the Dromos Labs team. Its core functions include Token transactions, liquidity provision, mobility incentives and governance.
While testing the online line in Arc, Circe has included Aerodrome and Velodrome under the Dromos Labs banner in Arc Ecology. Aerodrome plans to build transactional liquidity on Arc associated with securitization currency and FX, which is highly consistent with Arc’s own emphasis on stable currency finance, foreign exchange and cross-border settlement direction.
Aave is a representative lending agreement in the DeFi field, with the core function of allowing users to provide and borrow digital assets. Arc officially lists Aave with Morpho, Maple and others as a lending and capital efficiency infrastructure. Aave can provide stable currency lending and chain capital allocation. In the future, if the liquidity of USDC on Arc continues to expand, borrowing agreements can further convert idle securitized currencies into borrowed capital and provide a source of financing for transactions, payments, leverage and other financial applications.
Morpho is also Arc’s lending infrastructure. Unlike Uniswap, which deals mainly with transactions and liquidity, Morpho is more oriented towards borrowing markets and capital efficiency.
Arc takes financial markets, stable currency payments and tokenized assets as the core application directions, so lending agreements are important in order to further finance those chained assets. For example, a stable currency can gain by entering the borrowing market, while a monetized asset can become collateral or financing asset once the corresponding conditions have been met.
Rain is the firm that stabilizes currency payments infrastructure and helps businesses and financial institutions access stable currencies into existing payment systems, including stabilization currency payments, bank cards and fund settlements.
Rain connects more stable currencies on Arc to the real world’s payment scene, allowing stable currencies like USDC not only to be traded in chains, but also into real economic activities such as bank card payments and business settlements. Rain’s payment infrastructure can help stabilize the currency further into real payment scenarios.
Thunes is a global cross-border payment infrastructure company whose core business is to assist businesses and financial institutions in transferring funds between countries and local payments through API and their own Direct Global Network.
Thunes has worked with Circle to use USDC for cross-border settlement. In 2024, both parties announced that the network members of Thunes could use USDC to finance cross-border transactions and use USDC’s chain settlement to increase the speed of transfer, reduce liquidity and spend money. The network of Thunes currently covers various payment terminals such as bank accounts, mobile wallets, bank cards and stable currency wallets, and supports enterprises in making cross-border payments through a single API. Its stable currency payment product has supported cross-border payments to the stable currency wallet.
Wirex is a company for encrypted payments and financial technology, which covers digital asset wallets, bank cards, stable currency payments, business accounts and payment infrastructure.
Wirex The stabilization bank and payment infrastructure are being introduced into Arc, whose new stable currency bank Wirex One plans to use Arc for non-United States USDC and EURC card clearing processes.
On 15 September, it was announced that support would be synchronized on the first day of Arc's main online line and that it would go online for Arc Hub to provide users with a one-stop entrance to access and explore Arc's ecology.
MetaMask is a self-hosting wallet that supports users to connect to the EVM network, manage digital assets and use DeFi applications. Because Arc uses an EVM compatible structure, MetaMask can be an important wallet entry point for users into Arc ecology.
Chainlink is a network of blockchain prognostics and cross-chain infrastructure that provides the capability to link data, price information, and cross-chain communication for smart contracts. In Arc ecology, Chainlink favours bottom-level infrastructure development, providing data and interoperability support for DeFi, financial applications, etc., rather than wallets or trade access points for ordinary users.
